EasyExpense is licensed under Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (EULA). That agreement governs your use of the app. This page explains the app’s subscription options and use of its features.

Optional subscriptions

Pro and Family are auto-renewable subscriptions offered monthly or annually. Annual plans are billed upfront for one year. Seat add-ons also renew monthly or annually and require an active Pro or Family entitlement to provide additional ledger capacity.

The App Store purchase sheet shows the local price and billing period before confirmation. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before renewal. Manage or cancel them in Apple Account subscription settings. Removing the app or deleting an app profile does not cancel billing.

Family plans and seats

The Family plan includes a family ledger for up to six members including the owner. Apple Family Sharing can separately share purchase benefits with eligible Apple family members. The ledger owner still controls access to the shared data.

An optional seat package adds 1–10 members to the base plan’s capacity. One seat package is active at a time. Replacing a package changes the add-on allowance; packages are not accumulated. If the base plan or add-on expires, new invitations may be unavailable while the ledger is over its current member limit.

Review your records

Receipt recognition, categorization suggestions, and exchange rates can require correction. Review information before saving or relying on it. EasyExpense is a recordkeeping tool and does not provide financial, tax, or accounting advice. Keep backups of records you need to retain.
